Lady in Lavender...

... is named after one of the most famous transsexual characters in horror movie history. Played by Kathy Lester, Lady in Lavender is the female alter ego of the villain in Don Coscarelli's beautiful trashy late 70's flick "Phantasm".


As we learn the villain, the "Tall Man" transforms into a 70's looking porn queen to seduce young man to create dwarfs that work for him on his home planet... Sounds like trash? Maybe! But after all the movie manages to create a very thrilling atmosphere. Well, anyway this blog is dedicated to movies I love not necessarily all horror but all in my point of view good movies! En plus it's about homos, ladies and stuff that makes life so great for movie geeks and freaks!
Oh and apparently Kathy Lester is now into Burlesque! Who said Scream Queens would always be trapped in crappy carriers???
